Support Plus Personal Care was founded with a clear purpose: to bring compassionate, high-quality in-home care to families across Southeast Wisconsin and to do it in a way that reflects the diversity, values, and lived experiences of the communities we serve.

As a minority female-owned business, we understand firsthand what it means to navigate a healthcare system that doesn't always feel built for everyone. That understanding drives everything we do from how we hire, to how we train, to how we show up for every client and family we work with.

Reference verification
Competency testing
In-person interview

Interested In Working As A Personal Care Worker (PCW)?
